Love Your body speaks your mind.

I’m thrilled how Sarah Jenks is teaching people to love their body from the inside-out. Love your body is a path to your soul’s purpose.

I weighed 95 pounds. It was the year 2000 and I was still coming to terms with my psychic gifts (denying and repressing them). Despite a ravenous appetite, I kept losing weight, but it’s important to love your body.

I dropped down to a size zero. And that’s how I felt. I had nothing in my life that was nourishing my spirit. My body reflected my need to feed my soul.

Empaths often have body weight issues, struggling to love your body.

We’re not taught how to deal with our sensitivities. So often empaths will gain weight to protect themselves from other people’s energy (while using food to stuff down emotions and intuitive insights), or lose weight so people won’t notice or criticize them.

In my case, people had no problem criticizing me! Being “too thin” doesn’t have the same social stigma as having extra pounds, so strangers would come up to me and tell me how terrible they thought I looked! It’s important to love your body, despite what others may say.

I’m happy to say I learned how to express my true self, and my body, mind and spirit are all well-nourished. Self-love is the path to your soul’s purpose.

Self-love is the path to your soul’s purpose, reminding you to love your body.
