December Energy Forecast – Awaken to New Possibilities

Hi, I’m Kari Samuels, your intuitive counselor and happiness coach with your December forecast. And here we are in the last month of the year. This month is the end of the decade and we are totally going out with the shebang. It is such an incredible month, so many pivotal events happening. It’s really an electrifying, exciting month to set you up for an incredible new decade, 2020. We’re headed into a new decade and next year is going to be life changing.

I mean really one of the most life changing years of your life personally, politically, everything is going to be restructured. All of the foundations and this month is setting you up for a lot of spectacular events happening right now during this month. And I want you to really be prepared for a wonderful, relaxed, relaxing, peaceful ending of this year and this decade so that you can really set yourself up for an incredible new paradigm because that’s what’s ahead for you.

And so how you handle this year and how you manage your energy this month is really going to affect that transition. When we end the year, there’s this tendency to run around and try to do everything. And we look back on the year. And of course now you’re looking back on the decade and you’re evaluating what you’ve done with your life. Now this was a different kind of year because this year was very creative.

So three universal year, 2019 and it’s very much about creativity and expression and emotions and, and uncovering what’s been hidden inside your heart, uncovering what you’ve been longing to express. It’s very creative. Because it’s been such an emotionally interesting year and so much of it about creativity and exploring and realizing what you like and what you don’t like, there’s this, there could be an aspect of you that feels that you didn’t cross as much off your productivity list as you would have liked.

And that’s really not what this year has been about. This year was about realizing what you’re made of. Recognizing your authentic self and letting go of what isn’t appropriate for you. Recognizing what your dreams are and what’s what’s been in your heart. So when you’re evaluating this year, instead of looking at what you’ve done, what you haven’t done, all the things on your list that you wanted to check off.

Instead of looking at that, I’m really encouraging you to look at all of that you’ve grown and all that you’ve recognized and the things that you let go of as as a beautiful thing. Not as something you’ve done wrong or or mistakes that you’ve made, but really in a way that you can recognize all the emotional growth that you’ve had next year is very much about practical energy and about really building your dreams. This year was about exploring what your options are.

Now, a big part of that has been Jupiter. Jupiter is the planet of expansion and abundance is the largest planet in our solar system. So in as much so that it expands everything it touches. That’s why it’s the planet of abundance and luck and optimism. Well, Jupiter has been in it’s home sign of Sagittarius all year. Jupiter stays in a sign for a year, just over a year at a time. For this year, Jupiter’s been in Sagittarius where it’s very happy. Jupiter rules Sagittarius. Sagittarius is all about optimism and moving forward and exploring and expanding your mind and and travel and new horizons and ideals.

So you’ve been expanding your ideals all year? Well Jupiter, after a year in Sagittarius, is changing signs on December 2nd for a whole other year. It’s going to set the tone for the entire year and that starts right now December 2nd Jupiter changes signs into Capricorn, which is we’ll buy Saturn and Jupiter very different.

Jupiter is about expansion and Saturn’s about boundaries and limitations. Next year, which is 2020 is a four year, whereas this year was about creativity, next year is about practicality and laying real grown worth very earthy. So the tone of this month is really setting the tone of all of next year. So you really get a feel for it. It’s that sense of doing things in a very step by step way. Whereas this was three years of kind of messy cause you’re exploring all different things and it’s hard to, for anything to stick.

And that was appropriate next year. And starting now with Jupiter moving into Capricorn, this is about having abundance and expansion of your dreams as you build it very practically step by step. It’s very earthy and that’s wonderful because now after all this exploration, now you can start to really feel that productivity and that sense of responsibility of really making things happen.

So that’s super exciting. Now we still have Sagittarius until the solstice on the 21st where our son is in Sagittarius and that is still about your vision and looking forward, Sagittarius is the sign of the Archer. So it’s really about looking ahead and planning and visioning and really expanding what you thought was possible. So keep dreaming.

Okay, because next year is the time to really put this into practice. Now, December, 2019 is a six universal month and six is the number of the heart. Six is that it’s really the energy that bridges heaven and earth. So here we are right before we have this transition into what you’re dreaming and building that you have this right in the center energy, the six energy which is about harmony and love and beauty. So again, this month isn’t all about just doing everything before the end of the year.

It’s about creating that kind of balance and love and harmony and beauty that you want to take into next year. Now the thing about this six, this higher vibration of six energy is about choices. Because when, whenever there are the six is present, it’s always about what you’re choosing. If you’re choosing what your ideals are, what’s truly in your heart or what you think is expected of you. Because there’s a sense of perfection around the six energy.

The perfectionist tends to want to please other people. Whereas the soul part of you that your heart resonates with, wants to choose based on your higher self. This month you’re going to be presented with some choices where as you’re recognizing those parts of yourself that are no longer appropriate for you, how you want to make choices for next year, next decade and beyond to represent your authentic self, your true self.

That is what this energy is about right now. And we have something really exciting how we’re ending the year. So it’s like a Christmas miracle. The day after Christmas on the 26th we have a new moon solar eclipse. So we’re ending the year, the decade on a new moon, not just a new moon, a solar eclipse, which is a total reset of your consciousness.

A solar eclipse is always there to help you totally reset and bring things to light. New moon solar eclipses are all about really fateful new beginnings. So as you enter this new decade, you can have these realizations, these revelations about the true self. And this isn’t a total solar eclipse. It’s a partial solar eclipse, or ‘ring of fire’. So it’s like that backlit energy of luminosity and emanation of truly things that you’ve been hiding, it’s time for you to bring them to light.

Now it’s time for you to shine brighter with your authentic self and the parts that you’ve kept hidden. So that is a beautiful and exciting way to end the year. And what’s useful about that? Eclipses are always two weeks apart. We’re actually the time between the last week of the year and the first few days of next year is that, is that eclipse portal, the two weeks between, cause we actually begin next year with a lunar eclipse. The space in between eclipse, that eclipse portal is a time of intense revelation.

Awaken to New Possibilities

What a unique way to end this year with this eclipse portal, with this, this kind of space in between. It’s almost like the universe is reminding you that as you’re ending this year, as you’re ending this decade, all of your lessons, everything that you’ve accumulated in this life and all your previous lives, all of your spiritual lessons, you’re taking them with you. And to this incredible new frontier. It’s such an exciting time. It’s such a dramatic and spectacular and beautiful way to end the month to end the decade to end the year. Really, it’s just beautiful. And what a gift from the universe. So to harness and really tap into this cosmic potential, this incredible energy. I have three action steps for you to take. Now. The first action step for you is to look at your past with love.

It’s so easy for you to measure your life in terms of what you’ve done rather than who you are. And everything in the universe right now is saying, look, everything you’ve done is what you’re carrying forward. Just because things have been unconscious and it clips from your awareness doesn’t mean that they’re not valuable and everything you’ve done All the choices you’ve made were the best that you can do based on the circumstances you were given.

Instead of taking note of your debits, take note of your credits in terms of all the love that you’ve shared with the world, the kind of person that you’ve become, the realizations that you’ve made. And as you look at your life like that and your past like that, you can honor yourself in a really beautiful way.

This is what the sixth energy is. It’s all about love and beauty and connection and expression. So look at your past with love and you can release anything that no longer serves you with love as you honor who you are for the beautiful being that you are. Now, your second action step is to take stock of what you really love. You have had a lot of realizations this year. The past three years have been like, Oh my goodness. One virtual lesson after another.

And through that process, especially this year, which is all about recognizing your authentic self through that process, you’ve recognize things that you used to love, activities that you used to love, even people that you used to love, places, situations maybe or inappropriate for you anymore. And that’s okay. That is perfectly appropriate because you’re really stepping up your game. You’re really moving into a totally new horizon.

And so that was wonderful for its purpose, these people, situations, and circumstances. but really take stock of maybe some passions that you buried in what you really, really love to do because it’s that passion that’s always leading you forward. It’s what’s in your heart that’s always leading you forward. And sometimes when when things are changing, it’s easy to hold on to what was comfortable, what you thought you liked, and there’s some sentimentality about that. 2020 is not going to be a year for sentimentality.

Awaken to New Possibilities

It is going to move you forward. Okay, big time. So the more conscious you are about what’s true to your heart, what’s true to yourself, what’s authentic to you, what you really love and what you don’t anymore, regardless of how well it served you up until now, the more conscious you are about that, the the more ease and joy and abundance and flow you’re going to have moving forward.

And your third action step is to imagine the life you love. Because if you imagine it, you can create it. And your imagination is a big part of how you create the life that you want. And yet if you haven’t experienced something yet, it’s hard for you to feel what it’s like.

It’s hard for you to get that energy in your body, mind, and spirit so that you can really put that energy out into the universe. And that is what attracts things to you. It’s not just what you think, it’s what you feel that sends that energy out into the universe. So as you imagine the life you want, you’re starting to create it. You’re creating thought forms that go into the universe to start to really manifest it. So really next year is about manifesting in the physical form. So you want to engage your imagination.

Now you want to engage your heart and really feel the life you love. As you’re imagining what it is that you want to create, imagine yourself feeling it as if it’s really happening because your body doesn’t know the difference between memory, imagination, and reality. So as you imagine things and have that feeling pulse out in the universe, then you can start to create it and then it will become your new normal, this feeling of joy and love and every area of your life.

November Energy Forecast – Radical Changes

Hi, I’m Kari Samuels, your intuitive counselor and happiness coach with your November forecast. This month is going to be epic! The theme of this month is radical change. I want you to be prepared because there’s so much high octane energy on the horizon. It can be really powerful. It can be really wonderful to get you in alignment with your soul. Or it can be a little bit dramatic in a way that, you know, if you’re not prepared. I always say the more you consciously prepare for change, the the easier it will be for you. Cause you don’t want the universe to do this for you.

Radical Changes

So November’s the 11th month of the year. So that always adds a little bit of high energy, right? We’re in Scorpio season! 11 is a master number and it is about getting in alignment with your life because of those two ones, of the 11 you have that gateway.

The 11 is that gateway into the next level of your soul’s evolution. And it is about being in alignment, isn’t it? So the one is about your individuality and inspiration from the divine. You’re receiving that information from the divine. And when you have those double ones, that’s an exponential power to that. Again, it creates that gateway.

This is the 11th month of the year. We are in Scorpio season. And Scorpio is always pretty intense, isn’t it? So Scorpio is an element of fixed water and you know, still waters run deep. No one’s ever accused Scorpio of being superficial, right? If you are a Scorpio, or you know a Scorpio, you know that the divine alignment of Scorpio is connection. It is to have intimacy and closeness with yourself, your own emotions so that you can have connection, deep connection with the rest of the people that are important to you in the project.

November Passion

So this is very much about passion. Scorpio is a very passionate sign. There’s a lot of transformation that comes from getting in touch with your own passions and what motivates you. But also, Scorpio co-   rules with Pluto, which is the Lord of the underworld and Mars, which is the God of war. So you know, it’s lighthearted, easy energy, isn’t it?

Scorpio connects you with what is buried inside of you. It connects what’s deep inside of you, what’s going on underneath the surface. Pluto is with the God of the underworld, right? So it’s about going deep beneath the surface and resurrecting what is buried there. Scorpio reveals truth. Now when 11 is activated, that is a number of truth and light. The word light is an 11 in numerology, and the word psychic is 11 and numerology.

You have that energy of that light coming into your consciousness and revealing what the shadow is so that it can be transformed. And this is why Scorpio is the sign of transformation. So when you have this incredible transformational energy, that’s a lot of change. Light coming from this shadow reveals a lot of change and transformation.

Mercury and Scorpio in November

Now, a key player this month is Mercury, which is the planet of thoughts and communication and how you interact with people. And really how you relate to yourself. Something to note is that Mercury is retrograde until the 21st and then it goes into the shadow integration period for the rest of the month.

Mercury is in retrograde in Scorpio, okay? That means that the sun and Mercury are going to be very close all November. This is so because the sun is going to be in in Scorpio for the time that Mercury is in retrograde in Scorpio.

So your sun, the sun is your consciousness. It’s how you radiate into the world. It’s like the opposite of the shadow, right? And so when mercury is retrograde, what happens is that your mind, your thoughts are catching up with all of those intuitive insights and revelations that you’ve been ignoring. So when mercury is retrograde in Scorpio, you’re catching up with your feelings, your passions, your emotions. So it’s the time to communicate very deeply. This isn’t a time for superficial communication. This is a time for your mind, which is Mercury and your heart, which is Scorpio.

Emotions in November

That water sign means emotions need to be reconnected. I say reconnected because we’re in retrograde. There may be parts of you that are moving forward with your life and how you communicate and share your light with the world in a way that’s disconnected. So this retrograde is to get you reconnected with your passions, especially since the sun and Mercury are and so it’s such close alignment.

Now there’s something extraordinary happening this month. This, this actually takes my breath away. On 11/11 this November, which is as you know, is a number of enlightenment and truth and a gateway to the next step in your life. 1111 is always like a wake up call, right? When you see 1111 on the clock, it reminds you to pay attention to what you’re thinking. It reminds you to be inspired to allow yourself to live in your highest vibration. So on 1111 of this year and this month, Mercury, it’s something, it’s something very rare, It only happens a few times a century.

This year Mercury passes between the sun and the earth, which is called the transit of Mercury. And the next time this is going to happen as 2032. This happening on 1111 is astounding to me because the sun, it’s the force of all life. It’s like the creative life force and represents you being a co-creator as you are connecting with the life force of the creator and to have Mercury.

The Day of Awakening

It’s almost like an eclipse except Mercury isn’t large enough to eclipse the sun, right? So it’s actually going to look very small in comparison for those that you can see it. So mercury is going to be transiting the sun in between the sun and the earth. And this, this is like a reset of consciousness. This is some alignment between the sun, which is your creative life force, how you creatively express yourself in the world and Mercury, how you communicate your thoughts while it’s in retrograde and Scorpio and the earth, which is your physical manifestation of your soul. So that is this alignment that is happening on the day of alignment.

The day of awakening 1111 this is magical and this is very symbolic. Because what this month is about is about teaching you to reconnect with your passions so you can live the truth of who you are, more in alignment with your soul’s purpose, then how you’ve been living, and when there is this infusion of light, it reveals the shadow and it’s up to you to live closer to the new revelations, this awakening of who you are than what you’ve been doing.

So that’s the challenge for you, right? Are you going to be living in alignment with your soul or are you going to be really in those patterns that have been keeping you in whatever your shadow energy is.

Five is Radical Change in November

Now, in addition to this, November, 2019 is a five universal month. Now. Five is the number of change, radical change, dramatic change. Four is the number of structure and foundation. Five is the number of  changes the foundations. It shakes things up. It’s kind of like an earthquake. We’re in a really fun way. Five associates with fun actually and experience and change and really shaking things up to create new paradigms. All of that is happening this month. So you can see how powerful this is, how high octane this is, and how it’s so important for you to pay attention this month.

Three Steps

So I have three steps for you to navigate this incredibly transformational, high octane energy. Your first step is to share your authentic self. What do I mean by this? Now, most likely you’ve been hiding a part of yourself. Most likely there’s been a part of you that’s afraid to share something about yourself. Maybe you’re in the spiritual closet, maybe you have a hobby or something that you don’t want people to know about. Maybe there’s a part of your identity that you feel other people won’t like you if they know about it. We’re a little bit in the spiritual closet, aren’t we?

And I remember for myself when it wasn’t that long ago in the grand scheme of my life that I had a day job. I was so afraid of people finding out about my witchy ways of doing readings, evenings and weekends, right? And I was so afraid I didn’t have a website and I was really hiding.

This Is Me

So I eventually got outed in my office, right? As being who I am, what I do. I was terrified. And I have to tell you, it was like the best thing that happened to me. Because right after that I quit my job I moved to California and I pursued my dream and things happened so fast once that happened because I was like, this is who I am now. And this is me.

Now I’m going to pursue my dreams as myself. And that’s when things happen so fast. So if there’s a part of you, even if it’s about not expressing something that you, a feeling that you’ve had with a certain person, again, this Scorpio energy is keeping you in alignment with, with your deepest feelings. And Mercury’s about expressing your deepest feelings. So if you’re burying your feelings in some ways, it’s time for you to express that as well.

Second

So I hope that I have encouraged you to do that. Now the second thing is to reconnect with your passions. There’s most likely something that you used to do that filled you with so much joy. Or, it could be something that you’ve been thinking about doing that would fill you with so much joy that you’ve been burying, that you think you don’t have time for right now. It’s so important that you live from the heart. Pursue your passions because your passions will always lead you to your purpose.

That is what this Mercury retrograde is about in Scorpio. It’s about helping you reconnect with your passion. And remember that sun in Mercury passing over the sun, that is about creative expression. So what is it that you haven’t been doing that used to light you up or can light you up that you’ve been thinking about and that you’ve been ignoring?

Now is the time to do it. You must live from your heart because that is also part of being authentic.

Third

Now, your third action step for November is to learn something new. Five is the energy of storytelling and learning and group energy. So anything that you can do that that helps you connect with others and learn new things. Remember five is about breaking the mold. It’s very much associated with education, teaching, and learning. It’s about studying esoteric things if you have an interest in that.

Five is also about learning from experience. It’s not just about reading a book necessarily. It’s about having an experience where you’re going out and you’re doing something new and you’re exploring new things. And really it’s a number of fun. Learn something that brings you joy. Learn because you’re interested in it, simply for the joy of it, simply to have fun learning.

When you do that, all kinds of serendipities happen. Meet people who are more in alignment with yourself. Start attracting people and circumstances that really support your joy. Now, of course, because this is a very special month with 1111 being super charged, I’ve created something very special for you.

September Energy Forecast

Hi, I’m Kari Samuels, your intuitive counselor and happiness coach with your September forecast. I am so happy to be back after a two month hiatus!

You might have noticed that the last two months have been very, very busy with life things. It’s been one of those times when you just think you have your plans and then life has other plans, right? You may have noticed that in July and August, especially during that eclipse season in July, that you were dealing with unexpected situations. And August was the time of integration.

Since these eclipses are in this Capricorn cancer opposition, we’ve all been dealing with this balance between our work, our career, our ambitions and family responsibility. So a lot of people have had a lot of family responsibilities that they’ve had to deal with for the past couple of months at least. That’s all part of the divine plan. Because right now there is energy aligning in the universe to help you prioritize your life. It helps you to prioritize what’s important in your life.  Such things like your body, your mind, your spirit, your health, and your loved ones.

September Energy Forecast

There’s this rebalancing of what your ambitions are. But it’s kind of interesting right now.  In September, the focus is a little bit more on your ambitions and your wellbeing. Because you’ve been doing so much for so many other people the past few months at least. And now it’s your time to really take care of yourself.

We are in Virgo season! I love Virgo season! Happy birthday to my fellow Virgos out there. This is a very Virgo season. We’ve got lots of Virgo and we have a lot of earth signs right now.

In addition to the Saturn and Pluto that we’ve had all year, we’re going to have next year really intensely, in Capricorn, which is an earth sign, which is really about ambition and career. We have a lot of planets in Virgo, personal planets. So our sun is in Virgo for the majority of the month and the personal planets, Mercury, Mars, and Venus in Virgo throughout most of the month.

So a lot of your personal consciousness and your attention has to do with Virgo things. Someone who is very Virgo myself, I can tell you a little bit about this from personal experience, but also from a general astrological standpoint. Virgo is very much about the body and about health. It’s also about your service in the world, how you bring your gifts in the world and how you communicate those gifts.

Virgo is ruled by the planet Mercury. So even though it’s an earth sign, it’s a mutable earth sign. So it’s very much about changing and transformation. And Mercury is quick, right? There’s a quickening whenever Mercury is involved and Mercury, which is also going to be in Virgo this month. There’s just a whole lot of that going on. Mercury is about communication and your mind.

So your mind is going to be very active this month, but it’s important to have your mind focus on the right things because if you’re not focusing on what these planets are teaching you to focus on this month, you’re going to wind up just having a head full of neuroses and like your mind will be racing.

September Energy Forecast – The Body

Virgo is very much about tuning into your body and taking care of your body and your daily routines. This is very much a month where you’re going to want to change your daily routines and make them more in service to you and make them more healthy for you. Really keep an eye out for your diet.

This is a perfect month to clean up your diet. Because the mind is racing and Virgo is very much about the body, this is a wonderful time to really do some physical exercise to keep up with your body, right? Because you don’t want your mind racing and your body being left lethargic. So it’s really important that you exercise, that you take care of yourself. And when you exercise, this is about creating routines that you can keep or keep routines that are going to help you in the long run.

So when you’re changing your routine for exercise, don’t necessarily just think about what would be good for you. You really need to feel it. So if there’s an exercise that’s more fun for you, that you know that you can keep up with every day or exercise, that’s easier for you to start with, that you can keep up with every day to create these better, healthy daily habits, that’s going to be much better for you. Then if you just think something’s good for you and then you don’t want to do it because then you’re just going to trip yourself up. So it’s your diet. Make these little changes.

This, this energy right now is very much about day by day, changing your habits, changing your daily routine. It’s very much an energy of patients there. There’s so much earth energy between the Virgo and the Capricorn that we have and earth is this.

It’s, it’s really yin and very slow. It’s not fire or air, which is really fast. Like I said, even though Virgo is ruled by mercury, there’s this slowing down and connecting with nature all this earth is really to help you connect more with the natural world. So anything you can do this month to connect with the natural world and connect with your natural rhythms and connect with your true, what’s truly inside of your heart is really going to be beneficial for you.

Saturn

Now, there’s also some soul healing happening this month because Saturn, which is known as the Lord of karma is going direct after being retrograde, since April. Now, you know, whenever a planet is retrograde, the focus is internal and reflective. Whenever it goes direct, there’s a forward movement, right? Saturn being the Lord of karma, the Lord of time, the Lord of discipline, the Lord of personal boundaries, whenever, when Saturn is direct.

So you’ve been re-evaluating what that means for you since what your foundations are, the structures of your life since it went retrograde in late April and now it’s time to put those boundaries, put those structures, put those routines into place. So everything about this month is also about putting new routines and structures into place with, there’s, again, there’s this karmic healing to this as well because Saturn, which is the Lord of karma, is going to be conjunct the South node in Capricorn.

South Node

South node is all about your karma. There’s this meeting of these karmic energies as Saturn’s going direct, right? So there’s this sense of, of, of liberation and, and realization. And while we have all this intense, amazing mercury, just lighting up your consciousness to bring your consciousness to the patterns that you’ve kept in your life that are unhealthy for you or limiting you so that you can create new structures so that you can liberate yourself.

So it’s really important that you bring your consciousness to your subconscious, that you use all of this mercury energy. This, this, this light that Virgo, which is the purifying sign. Virgo is the sign of discernment. Virgo is actually, um, it’s doesn’t sound very glamorous, but Virgo in astrology governs the digestion. So, um, and, and the goddess Virgo helps separate this chaff from the wheat. So it’s like, what’s nourishing for me? And what is being let go, right?

So this is a wonderful month to bring your light of consciousness onto those aspects of your life, which are no longer nourishing for you, which are weighing you down, all the, all the weeds of your life. It’s a really wonderful time to weed your spiritual garden so that you can heal your body, your mind, and your soul. So it’s a very powerful month. This is also a month where we have absolutely no planetary retrogrades and no retrograde shadows.

Capricorn

So while we have all these planets in Virgo, which is about service, remember and like how you share your gifts in the world to benefit the greater good. There is no retrogrades October. There’s no retrogrades either, but we do start feeling the shadow of mercury retrograde. This is like the month where it’s just all systems go. But again, pace yourself because that’s one of the lessons of Virgo is to be slow and patient and steady for go and Capricorn because that earth energy is yin and nourishing.

So you have to figure out how to do this, especially with that Capricorn cancer. South node, North node dichotomy with ourself, node and Capricorn, which is all about ambition opposing our North node, which is teaching you, uh, in cancer, which is teaching you about nurturing and, and, and enjoying, uh, the loved ones in your life. So this is a really wonderful time to, to reflect on that, to bring, to be very active about how you’re managing your daily routine so that they benefit you and your lifestyle.

Numerology

Now in numerology, September, 2019 is a double three month because we’re at 2019 is a three universal here and September, 2019 is a three universal month. So three. So basically like the lessons around communication and expression and being direct and sharing what’s in your heart, they’re going to be amplified this month exponentially. What you need to do is really pay attention to what is going on inside of you. Because three is all about expressing yourself. It’s literally associated with the mouth.

It’s also associated with laughter and joy and humor and smiling. So that’s definitely one of the keys to getting through this month is to laugh and to smile. And to enjoy the journey, right? Since the threes associated with the mouth and speaking, it’s a wonderful time to be writing things down and communicating and expressing yourself from the heart. So I have three action steps to help you navigate this highly potent time.

September Energy Forecast – Step One

So your first action step is to take action to build your dreams. Now you actually don’t need to finish building your dreams now, but it’s a wonderful time to start things. Virgo is extremely practical energy. This is about, you know, all this earth energy is tangible. It’s practical goal. It’s material.

So what do you want to do is if there’s any plans that you have to make your life better to make your better, come up with a really concrete action plan. Start writing things down because mercury loves to write things down. Write mercury is all about communication and writing and speaking. So the more you communicate what it is that you want, the more that you verbalize it, give voice to it, start dreaming it, start planning it, and start coming up with, with ideas. Then you have more grounding for you to take action on it.

So as much of that as you can do this month will really, really benefit you in the long run, especially with all this Capricorn energy that we’re going to have through the rest of the year and to 2020 so once again, be patient with yourself as you’re building your dreams, but as long as you’re building them step by step, as long as you start creating, as long as you start getting this out of your mind, through your heart and out into the world in some way, you’re going to do great.

September Energy Forecast – Step Two

Now, your second action step is to communicate what’s been buried in your heart. We all suppress our emotions in some ways. I mean, I really feel that spiritual bypassing is something that almost all of us do a lot accidentally. So what I mean by spiritual bypassing is we have an idea of the kind of person that we want to be, the kind of loving, forgiving, happy, positive person that we all want to be and aspire to.

However, sometimes what that means is that we keep things inside. We suppress our emotions. Like, let’s say you don’t want to hurt somebody’s feelings. You don’t say something, you don’t communicate to them. That in the long run is actually going to create a karmic imbalance between both of you and those feelings buried inside of you need an outlet.

September Energy Forecast – Self Expression

Let’s say that there’s your uncomfortable with the emotion such as fear or jealousy or anger or sadness, and you just moved on in your life because you know, either you didn’t have the tools to process them at the time they happened or you felt embarrassed about them or you felt you were going to be judged. These are, these are inside of you now, creative forms are inside of you too. There’s creativity waiting to be expressed within you. So maybe you have a poem inside of your painting or a dance or book or blog, whatever it is that’s been inside of you that you haven’t given expression to.

This is an extraordinarily powerful month to express that with the devil threes, with the mercury, with the karmic cleansing that the Saturn and the South node or bringing you. So there’s incredible liberation that’s going to happen when you express what’s inside of you. It is going to open up your cup to be filled with the universal blessings.

So as you release yourself from all of this that’s been buried inside of you, that’s been longing to be communicated, that’s been longing to be shared, then you’re going to feel so free and amazing opportunities will come to you. You might not even know what they are, so it might be helpful for you to journal. Just journal every day or every night or whenever you’re feeling anxious or emotional in some way. Just write, write down your thoughts and feelings and see what comes to you. Any way that you can get your emotions from your heart out expressed into the world.

September Energy Forecast – Step Three

The third step for this month is to listen to the messages of your body. Your body speaks your mind. Your body actually is holding all of your trapped emotions. So there’s a lot of times when we don’t realize things with our conscious mind and our body communicates to us what our subconscious is thinking.

So you’ve probably had those moments in your life where you were rushing and then you get sick or you get into an accident or, or you were doing too much and then you have to slow down because you got sick or whatever, right? And there’s, there’s ways that your body communicates to you when you walk into a room, when you meet certain people, do you feel anxious? Do you feel happy? Do you feel elated? You feel expansive. It’s really, really important that you listen to your body’s messages.

September Energy Forecast – Listen To Your Body

How does your stomach feel? Does your chest tighten? All of those things, our messages for you and as you learn to communicate with your body, that is one of your major intuitive tools that you have that can guide you on your path toward happiness and wellbeing and health. So listen to your body. Listen to those intuitive messages in your body and honor your body. Whatever shape you have, whatever form you have, whatever disharmony in your body you’re experiencing, this is the vessel of your soul.
