June Astrology 2024 Joyful June is here. And this month is full of excitement and opportunities. Hello, I’m Keri Samuels, your intuitive counselor and happiness coach with your June forecast. And can you believe it’s June already? This year is Zipping by and this month is going to be super fast. I know in Taurus season in May it was the time for slowing down and really getting that steady Taurus energy but it was still pretty fast because you were finding your footing after that wild April that we had. And June is going to be even faster because Gemini is mutable air. It’s super fast and there’s a lot of Gemini this month. And so this is a time for opportunities and sharing your light and socializing and A lot of goodness is happening this month. So Gemini is the honeybee of the zodiac. It’s all about finding new perspectives and connecting with different types of people. So it’s like pollinating flower to flower to flower. So there’s this sense of like, Busyness in the air as well. Of course, it is an air sign. So there’s a lot of air energy, a lot of mental energy. So you may find yourself not knowing what to choose or having a lot of ideas at once, and especially since Jupiter, our planet of expansion, has moved into Gemini for a year. As of May 25th. So we’re having a time of expanded connection and expanded perspectives because Gemini is a double bodied sign, right? So it’s the twins. So you may see things in one light and then want to see things in another light, which is really good for diplomacy and understanding each other. And because Gemini is ruled by Mercury. Which is the communication planet. You’re going to want to say what’s in your heart. You’re going to want to communicate more. You’re going to want to share your voice. And the personal planets in this sign as well, at different parts of the month, especially after the 3rd, it’s really going to, and because we have personal planets in Gemini and Jupiter in Gemini, it’s a really delightful time to flutter around and be a social butterfly in a way and lighten up. That’s what mutable air is doing. It’s bringing light and levity to a very heavy time in the world and possibly following a heavy time in your life. Now, that’s not to say that there isn’t a shadow or you’re not going to have to deal with anything because the sun in Gemini is going to be Trining, Pluto, the underworld planet, the planet of the shadow. Trining is an easy energy, but because it’s trining with a planet that’s maybe more heavy in some ways and profound, it’s about really bringing depth. Gemini is wrongly accused of not having depth just because it’s mutable air. Doesn’t mean it can’t be grounded, right? Because it is about the mind and expanding your mind in certain ways. And Jupiter is really the higher octave of that, about expanding your mind in a way that’s very much about higher consciousness. And we have Jupiter in this sign now as well. Pluto, the shadow, the lord of the underworld, takes you deep. So with Mercury, so with the Sun, our planet of expression, and how you radiate your light. and really find your destiny in this easy energy with the shadow planet and air signs because Pluto is in Aquarius. It’s really going to bring a depth of awareness to how you speak, to how you communicate. It may bring light and information because Aquarius is technology including AI and Mercury’s communication, which is great. Again, Gemini’s ruling planet. It brings a depth of communication, but it will bring light to shadow of communication as well. Because this easy energy makes information more accessible. So this is a time when your conversations can have more depth. It’s a time when your words can have deeper meaning. Pluto is also associated with power. So we may see Light come to institutions of power or people in power. And words are so important right now. You need to use your words very wisely right now because they can just fly out of your mouth without you thinking about things. So, you really want to make sure that you’re being very careful with your words, that you take some time to regroup yourself before you do that. Say what’s on your mind, but still be easy with yourself, right? And if you’re having conflict, this Gemini energy is very helpful for you to see things from another person’s perspective. So it’s really helpful for you to take that time and look at things from another perspective. And you may have a lot of decisions to make right now. So when you make these decisions and you’re weighing the pros and cons, Really feel into things and get a sense of which feels lighter to you, which feels more motivating to you, and which is going to give you more joy in years to come as well. And if you’re having that kind of, well, it’s this or that inside of you, really check inside your body. Really go inside and ask yourself how you feel. are experiencing this in your body. And if you feel stuck in some ways, try to imagine yourself from different perspectives. Imagine yourself making a certain decision and imagining yourself in that probable future and see how you feel when you do that. By the way, I do have something that can help you with this. And it’s also a time to really express yourself in a larger way. In numerology, June 2024 is a 14 universal month, which reduces to 5. And 14 especially is very much associated with And especially with that sun trying to Pluto, which is going to be exact on June 2nd, but really, we’re going to feel the influence all month. Easy energies. Pluto is about power and in Aquarius is about groups, right? And so we have this 14 energy, which makes it easier for you to tap into your power, easier for you to reach more people, easier for you to reach larger audiences, whatever that means. So if you’re, Especially someone who doesn’t always feel seen and heard that could mean within your own inner circle. So if you have something within your heart that’s pressing on you, you really want to tune into that as well and and express yourself, right? And this power energy that you’re going to feel is going to be amplified later in the month. On June 20th, we have that magical time. So tune in. of the solstice here in the Northern Hemisphere. It’s the longest day of the year. And then in the Southern Hemisphere, it’s that return to light. So it’s this time of really finding your light, being in the light, being the light, and enjoying that sense of lightness as well. And right after that, we have this powerful full moon in Capricorn, and it’s one of two consecutive Capricorn full moons. And Capricorn. is really at the top of the Zodiac in the way it’s the, it’s the seagoat which reaches down into the depths of your psyche and your emotion and climbs up to the top of the mountain where it’s visible. So because we have two, everything in the universe right now, because next month, our full moon is going to be in Capricorn as well. It’s time for you to be visible. It’s time for you to be seen. And a lot of empaths especially have this soul contract where you have to learn to move through feelings of invisibility or being afraid to be visible where you fear you may be criticized. The more you’re seen, the more you’re visible, um, to be criticized, right? So maybe you subconsciously keep yourself small. And so this is a time to work through that, to move through that, and to let yourself go. Let your light expand more and more and to let yourself take up more space. Be comfortable being visible. So with that, I have three action steps for you for this really powerful month. Your first action step is to share your voice far and wide. Let what is in your heart. Let your unique gifts, your unique talents, your unique feelings. Be heard. Let yourself be seen. If there’s something that you’ve been wanting to do that has to do with any kind of media or expression or even if it’s just creativity in your own space, right? Where no one even gets to see it yet, right? Let yourself enjoy that sense of creativity. Let yourself express yourself just for the joy of you being and sharing your unique heart, your unique words, your unique creativity. Let yourself enjoy it. Let yourself see and witness and experience it. And really, this 14 Universal Month is about experience as well. Because 4, which reduces to 5, is all about the 5 senses. And experiencing life through the 5 senses. Which brings us to our next action step, which is to have fun. We do not have any personal planets in retrograde right now. This is a time for forward movement. And of course, with all this. Honeybee energy of Gemini. It’s a wonderful time to simply experience. Experience the light of joy and fun for its own sake. Not for productivity sake. Not for like what this is going to do for your career. But certainly, and you know what? When you have fun and when you enjoy yourself and bring joy to yourself, it really lightens up your aura. Really, your aura fills with light when you do that. And by doing that, you attract more people. and circumstances that support and nourish you. So it actually is productive. It’s just not overtly productive, right? So let yourself have fun. Let yourself enjoy yourself. Let yourself connect and communicate with people in ways that have maybe felt like, like, um, you’ve been a little shy about. We’re all a little shy in our own way, right? Which brings us to our third action step. It’s Which is to expand your comfort zones. This is a time to really stretch yourself. This is a time to see how far you can go with an idea or with an action. Because really with this retrograde free sky, except for Pluto is really a wonderful time to, to experience. Some forward movement, some momentum. And remember, things are going fast. So don’t overthink it. Tune in with your body. And if it doesn’t feel right or work out, you just change course and try something else. Don’t let yourself get hung up on overthinking things because it’s really easy to do when we have so much Gemini and so much air. You can overthink things. So remember, tune into your body. And if it feels good, if you’re not feeling resistance, then go for it. And then just see what happens. Expand your social circle, expand your mind. This is a wonderful time to take a course or a class or a creative project with yourself or others. Stretch yourself, expand. And remember, this is a time to reach groups if that is something that’s in your heart that you’ve been wanting to do. Marvelous May is finally here and thank heavens because April was something else. April was April. So full of emotional intensity and technical issues and all the things. And now you are clearing the space for something new and wonderful to grow in your life. Hello. I’m Keri Samuels, your Intuitive Counselor and Happiness Coach with your May Forecast. And this is such a different energy. We got through that very intense, Aries Eclipse Season, Mercury Retrograde. And what that did was bring you right deep into your unconscious and having you really understand. What you didn’t want in your life anymore and what was right for you and there was a lot and So now your cup is empty to be filled again. So we are in Taurus season for the majority [00:01:00] of the month. The Sun is in Taurus and other planets are in Taurus too Jupiter until the 25th Uranus Venus is in her home domicile here. She loves being in Taurus. This is her earthly realm. Venus rules Taurus. And so with Venus right here at home in this sign of beauty and earthly delights. You can feel at home in your own body. You can feel love for the present moment, especially in these times when we have so much upheaval and so much turmoil. It really helps you appreciate what you have, who you are. Everything in your life that is working and the people around you and the people that you love and who love you. So that’s part of Venus’s magic in Taurus. It really helps you [00:02:00] embody beauty. and love. And with our sun here as well and Jupiter finishing up its sign in Taurus, it’s really a time to appreciate all that you have. Enjoy life’s sensual pleasures. Enjoy simple things. You’ve been through something. You’ve been through quite a bit during the past two to three months, especially, but April really got you. Really understanding what wasn’t work because those eclipses, especially in the realm of relationships, they really pulled up areas where you need to put yourself first. Where you have been over giving, where you haven’t been attuned to your needs. And so this is what this month is about. After this like explosion of Aries because Aries is [00:03:00] cardinal fire. It’s all about Aries. Bringing new life and instead of like a seed pushing through the earth. This was more like a big bang like total chaos in a way as well. And so Taurus comes after Aries to ground the energy. Taurus is fixed earth. It’s really the most slow and sensual sign of the zodiac. It’s here to stabilize your life. And in numerology, May 2024 is a four universal month. And four is also about the earth and all the material things of having a physical body, including money, your home, real estate. Family. It’s really a number of structure. And since we’re in this earth sign of Taurus, [00:04:00] everything in your material world is about to be re examined. So Taurus teaches you about your values. And Who and what you love and your self worth. So during this season, you may be re evaluating what’s really important to you. What you really need to feel secure, not just physically, but emotionally. And what’s really not worth your time, money, or effort anymore. For Who really nourishes you? What really nourishes you? So this is a time of the heart. This is a time of re evaluating your worth, your inner beauty, what makes you feel delightful simply by being. So you may not want to rush. This is a not, [00:05:00] this is not a time to rush or or move forward with plans that no longer feel good to you. This is about enjoying the people, places, and experiences that help you feel great inside. That help you love yourself and your life. It’s about nourishing. That’s why Taurus is associated with food and the bounty of the Earth. This is a time to nourish yourself. To really delight in your spiritual garden. This month is actually a 13 4 because that’s what May 2024 adds up to 13 and then reduces to 4. And 13 is actually about weeding things. So you need to keep weeding out what no longer matters. is a value to you know what no longer nourishes you so that you can [00:06:00] invest in the things that make you feel delightful. So you’re still re evaluating things after the turbulence of last month but it’s a time to really dig in and stabilize and ground yourself. It’s very physical as well because of all this earth. So Do things that help you embody a sense of joy and love and beauty, and embody your energy and your emotions and when you’re doing things, really experience them. Don’t think about how you’re going to post it on Instagram or, or. Looking forward in the future while you’re in the middle of something or dwelling on the past. This is really a time to be present. We have a delightful, amazing, wonderful transition this month. When Jupiter, the planet of abundance and [00:07:00] expansion and optimism, Changes signs. Jupiter blesses a sign once a year. It takes a year to move through each sign. And Jupiter will be finishing up its time in Taurus and moving into Gemini on the 25th. So yes, Gemini gets blessed with this beautiful abundant planet this month. But we all do because we all have Gemini in our chart somewhere. And every time Jupiter is in a sign sign. All of us experience that energy more abundantly and expansively. So, Jupiter and Gemini will be very chatty. Because Gemini is ruled by Mercury. It’s all about communication and socializing. It’s like the honeybee of the zodiac. And so you may want to try new experiences, new ideas, take courses, and [00:08:00] Gemini is actually about local travel, so maybe instead of like Big, gigantic trips on your bucket list. You explore your neighborhoods and, and discover new things. Of course, Jupiter is about international things. So it is about reaching and communicating and sharing ideas with people around the world. So we’re all going to be blessed with this expansiveness. It’s dual nature too. So there can be more division, more like, um, Misinformation and like duplicity. This is not a shock to anyone. Hopefully because with Pluto in Aquarius and AI, there are some tricky things that happen with this. So we all have to be very aware of the information that comes into our awareness and you have to be very discerning [00:09:00] and that’s really. where we all need to be now. However Jupiter in Gemini for this next year is going to bring so much wisdom and you can really see both sides of something because we have so much division and of course it can bring expansion to that division but with Pluto and Aquarius which is all about like people and groups and societies also in air signs trining Jupiter and Gemini, we can maybe build bridges and talk to each other where we can see other people’s perspective. We can communicate in a more bridge building way. And that’s, My wish, my intention for Jupiter in Gemini, and it is very possible. So be mindful of your words. Be mindful of how you’re expressing yourself. Are you using your words to uplift and inspire [00:10:00] others? Or are you using them to create more division or tear yourself apart? Really with this Venus and Taurus and Venus is what attracts love and money and all good things into your life. And with Taurus being about your self worth, how you speak to yourself will help attract good or maybe not good things into your life. So you want to speak to yourself in a loving way. You want to speak to yourself and others with compassion and love. So remember that today and every day, but especially throughout the month. So I have three action steps to really help you make the most of this beautiful energy. Your first action step is to enjoy time in nature. You really need to slow down. You’re probably still [00:11:00] reeling from the dizziness and the so much of everything all at once ness that we just experienced. So it’s really important you get back in your body and get back in touch with the earth. And when you’re enjoying time in nature. Really feel your feet on the ground. Really feel yourself connect with the earth. And instead of being on your phone or thinking about all the bazillion things that you need to do, really listen to the birds. Really feel the sun or the breeze or whatever is going on in nature. Feel it on your skin. Take in the aromas. of the foliage around you really be in it. In this four universal month, which is all about the material world and What you’re doing in your body in life. It’s really important that you’re looking at where you’re leaking energy, where you’re leaking money, where you’re leaking time. It’s helpful to look at your finances. For those of you [00:13:00] who are looking in investing in property or investing in any way, this is a really good time because this is about grounding and structures and the physical structures of your life. So look at your money and where you want to put it and how you can utilize it. for your highest good. See where you’re leaking it in ways that are you really spending things in ways that are no longer helpful to you? Are you really investing your money and your time and your resources in ways that are Supporting you. So this is about building and nourishing structures that support you. And also emotionally, your time and your energy. Are you spending it wisely? Are you investing it wisely? Really look at all this and square your corners. This [00:14:00] isn’t about creating like barriers around yourself. This is about making sure that the structures and foundations in your life are where they need to be. Which brings us to our third action step, which is to invest in yourself. You are the greatest investment in the world. And especially as empaths, it’s really a tendency. to give your time and your money and your resources and your energy to everybody else. Because everybody else maybe you think is more important or needs it more. You are the greatest investment in the world. Invest in your well being. Invest in your happiness. Make yourself the priority of where you nourish, where you Invest time, money, [00:15:00] energy, and love. Pour it into you. This is how your spiritual garden grows. You are an incredible investment. So think about it as you are making your decisions throughout the day. And God bless you. Everybody else needs or wants something from you. Are you taking that time, money, and energy and putting it into yourself, into your well being? Bring your energy back into you. Okay? April 2024 Astrology forecast ​ April is the most electrifying and emotionally charged month of the year. So buckle up because your life is going to look a lot different at the end of this month than it is at the beginning. Hello, I’m Kari Samuels, your intuitive counselor and happiness coach with your April forecast. There is so much to talk about in April. We have a dizzying amount of transits and astrological events happening this month. And to begin with, the very first day of the month, April Fool’s Day, like a cosmic joke, Mercury goes retrograde. Yes, for three weeks, April 1st through April 25th, Mercury is going to be in its backspin, which means that the trickster aspect of Mercury will be more active. And it’s not only that. We are in eclipse season as well. Two weeks between eclipses. We always have eclipses in pairs of full moon and new moon eclipse. And the space in between them. Those two weeks in between them are known as an eclipse portal. Eclipse season. And that amplifies energy. It’s like putting your finger in a socket. Everything just feels so good. So high octane and so big and so energetically amped up. Of course, like I said to emotionally charged because what do eclipses do? Eclipses. Bring up things into your consciousness that have been eclipsed, that have been buried in your subconscious or unconscious, things that you haven’t been dealing with, things that have been repressed for many, many years, most likely because eclipses are are associated with the nodes of the moon, the lunar nodes of destiny. The north node of the moon is our Dharma, where we are collectively heading. The south node is our Karma, things that we’re moving away from. Not necessarily because We have done something wrong. It’s just their patterns that need to be corrected. Maybe you’ve relied too much on those things. So our self node of the moon is is in Libra. That’s the kind of energy we’re moving away from collectively. And the North Node, our Dharma, where we’re headed to, is in Aries. So we’re moving away from Libran shadow patterns into the positive energy of Aries. You’re moving away from patterns and habits and tendencies. Where you over give, where you accommodate other people’s needs, where you pretend everything’s okay, even when it isn’t. Really, as empaths, that’s like, All of us do that, right? So, you’re going to be dealing with those parts of your life where you are an over giver, where you aren’t thinking of your needs because Aries, the very first sign of the Zodiac, the trailblazer, the pioneer has to think of themselves. You have to have enough confidence in your vision, in your dynamic essence. You So that you can move forth in a way that hasn’t been done before. Spring energy, which is what the Aries archetype is, whether you’re in the northern or southern hemisphere, is all about pushing through the roots, pushing through the earth to become a sprout, a flower, a tree, whatever. But you have to have that dynamism. And belief in yourself and courage. And that collectively is what we’re all working on now. And the energy that you’re moving away from is peace and harmony in relationships in a way that doesn’t benefit you. And we’re in Aries season until the 19th. There is so much energy in Aries right now, including that Mercury retrograde. So retrogrades always get you to go back. There are more internal process. We tend to think of Mercury retrograde as communication snafus or or technical glitches or that kinds of things. It’s so much more than that because Mercury is your mind and how you communicate. governs communication and transportation, which is why Of course, you should definitely do those things where you are checking things, making sure that you dot your I’s and cross your T’s and really don’t overbook yourself in those ways and watch how you speak because Mercury retrograde in Aries can be very sharp and hurtful and a kind of war of the words, right? So now that we have that during this eclipse season where everyone’s Transcribed Shadow emotions are bubbling to the surface and you have mercury not at its best, tripping over itself, seemingly moving backwards. You can get into periods where you feel incredibly frustrated, where you feel angry or say something out of anger, where you’re noticing that you are frustrated more or That you’re dealing with anger in a way that you haven’t before. That you find yourself more angry because that’s part of what that Aries energy is. Aries is about showing you where you need to put yourself first. It’s not selfish. It’s self directed, self preserving, self motivated, right? So So, when your boundaries are crossed or when you allow other people to disrupt your boundaries, you’re going to find yourself angry. If you find yourself disrespected, you’re going to feel angry. This is coming up for you now to recognize. The shadow element of the Libra, the over accommodating harmony and relationships at what price you’re recognizing aspects of yourself that maybe have been Suppressed or repressed and your anger is an indication of what’s going on that something’s not right. That something needs to change and everything about this month is about big major changes. Eclipses often bring fateful karmic endings and fateful new beginnings. And with this Aries Libra Eclipse, most likely a chapter in your life relating to a relationship is ending or beginning. Because maybe you feel differently or maybe it’s just time to move on. Time to move on. Learn how to relate to yourself and others and the world in a whole new way. In a pioneering way, not even because you did anything wrong, just because your soul is ready to step into the next phase of your evolution. Your soul comes here with a very. Strong intention to learn certain lessons and to express your gifts. So it’s ready to express your gifts and your unique essence in a very new way. And this may come to a head or resolution. On the new moon solar eclipse on April 8th. First of all, it’s going to be a visual sensation. And what’s extraordinary about this eclipse, aside from the visual spectacle, we have so much energy in Aries. So we have the sun, the moon, and then personal planet. Mercury which is going to be retrograde and Venus in Aries plus, and this is so important, the north node of the moon, our destiny, right? And Chiron. Chiron, the wounded healer. Chiron in Aries. Which will be exact 19 degrees, the same as the sun and the moon. It’s not exactly 19 degrees, but it’s exactly conjunct the sun and the moon. So 19 degrees, 19 is a very special number in numerology. It’s a karmic lesson number. Teaching you about independence. One is beginnings, nine is endings. So there’s that sense of ending and beginning. Cause if you add one plus nine as well, you get another one. This is teaching you the same lessons that Aries is teaching you, which is about standing up for yourself, standing on your own two feet, believing in yourself, not feeling uncomfortable about your power and your leadership. And this is exact. Kyren. With the sun and moon in the eclipse. This is so profound and so amazing. It’s almost hard to describe into words. So Chiron in Aries is about your identity wounds. Where have you been wounded, where you’ve been afraid to speak up for yourself, where you’re afraid to be shiny, where you’re afraid to claim your power, where you’re afraid to be a leader, where maybe you have dimmed your light, just like in an eclipse, because you’re afraid of what attention will come to you because you associate attention with negative attention. So now you are learning the beauty and the power of standing up for yourself for making yourself a priority for realizing that taking care of yourself and honoring yourself and expressing yourself is a gift and it’s not selfish at all and that you must appreciate it. Take care of yourself first in order to be a light in the world. And all that is happening on April 8th, that eclipse, and you are going to feel those reverberations throughout the entire year, but especially throughout the month and the next few months. And on top of that, we have the most dramatic celestial event of the year, Also happening this month, April 20th, right after the sun moves into Taurus, which will happen April 19th on April 20th. We have a conjunction between Jupiter, the planet of expansion and Uranus, the planet of awakening and dramatic change and truth and revolution. They’re coming together in Taurus. And the sun’s going to be in Taurus there too. So the energy really has a shift from this Aries energy to this Taurus, which grounds things. Which is about your values, which is about everything related to values. Also, the material world and earth and the beauty of earth and how you enjoy earth is Taurus. This day is going to be dramatic and dramatically different for everyone. With Jupiter expanding this day, Planet of shakeups in the sign of the earth, it will be literal and metaphorical earthquakes. I would not be surprised if we had some kind of earthquake type of thing happening in the real world, like the physical world and in your world, what kind of things are being shaken up to liberate you? Because that is ultimately what this Jupiter conjunct Uranus and Taurus is about. Taurus is what you value, including your self worth and how you attract money and security and material things into your life. So there’s a shake up of your self worth, maybe your net worth, maybe how the two are connected. There’ll definitely be some shake ups in our stock market. So that and Mercury retrograde combined are not good for big financial things. ventures or things that are risky. You don’t want to do that this month. Okay. And this is one of the reasons too, you don’t want to make large purchases while Mercury is retrograde, especially in the Aries, which can be Impulsive and hot headed. You want to take your time and reflect on things. You want to take your time and revisit what’s important to you. It’s a time of great impulsivity now. And you don’t want to be impulsive. And things are going to be shaken up in our finances, our economy. And maybe our ecology and the way we do things technology. There’s going to be so much change this month. You want to stay grounded. So use that Taurus energy to be grounded and to stay grounded. Can you see or feel just how big this month is? It is a turning point. It is a pivot point and it is a new chapter in your life. So how do you navigate this psychically charged energy? I have three action steps for you. Your first action step is to schedule space in your calendar. This is definitely one of those months filled with surprises, unexpected events. This is a month where life will happen to you. in a big way and you want to be prepared for whatever comes up. So you don’t want to overbook yourself. You never want to do with Mercury retrograde. You never want to do that even with an eclipse and the two combined, especially with all this like, Impulsive, fiery, Aries energy. You just want to create time and space in your calendar. It doesn’t mean you can’t do something big or important. Actually, you’re being called to do something big and important, right? But you want to take your time with it. You want to leave room for it. for whatever comes up and you want to have time every day to process and calm your nervous system and to get in touch with yourself and ask yourself, what is going on? What is going on inside of me? Because Mercury Retrograde especially is getting you to rethink and refill your old wounds, especially around anger, overgiving, that kind of thing. Okay, I think that’s clear. Leave time and space for yourself. Your second action step is to channel your anger constructively. This is like volcano energy. And you want to resist being too impulsive. You want to resist saying things in a hot headed way or a sharp way. If you’re feeling too impulsive, Elevated and you’re feeling full of emotion that’s not quite joyful and could possibly hurt someone or have you say something that you won’t do. really like that you said it later. You want to take your time and pull back from it and then feel that anger in your body and let it breathe out of you. Breathe into it and let that anger move through you out of your limbs. You can put it into the earth to be transmuted and you can breathe into it. You can write about it. You can talk it out in a safe way. Don’t be impulsive about it. And whatever you do, don’t hurt yourself or other people with words or actions that you can’t take back. Breathe, process, honor your emotions. Don’t try to pretend they’re not there. Let them move through you. You can feel them as physical sensations moving through your body. Get yourself to a place where you can communicate. It’s Mercury retrograde in a way that is direct yet not hurtful. It’s very important actually that you learn to communicate your feelings directly. And that is one of the things. that Mercury retrograde in Aries is teaching you. Just not hurtful. And that brings us to action step number three, which is to take things spiritually, not personally. Right now, you have lessons coming up for you. Spiritual lessons that are long in the making. If you feel harmed or betrayed or disrespected in any way. You have to ask yourself, how have I done that to myself? Where have I not listened to my intuition? Where have I suppressed or repressed my power? Where have I given my power to other people? Where have I not listened to a voice within me telling me to make a change? All of these things are coming up for you right now, not to punish you, but to help you, to help you make changes. Oftentimes, we don’t make changes until we’re forced to make changes. So, If something happens that brings up a strong emotion, definitely don’t beat up on yourself and don’t even beat up on the people associated with it. Everybody is here in this situation. synthesis to help you grow spiritually as a soul. And if something’s happening to you or about you, or for you in this moment, that’s bringing up something very uncomfortable, it’s most likely healing something much, much deeper than this. Immediate situation is bringing up even something very kind of seemingly trivial. Like let’s say you’re in the grocery store and everybody’s cuts you off. People are walking in front of you. People are walking in front of you in the line. And you’re like, what am I not even here? Why is everybody doing this to me? See, that seems very trivial, but maybe it’s something where you’re not allowing yourself to take up space. You’re not putting your needs first. You’re not letting your needs be the most important thing in your life. And you see how something like that could even bring up something so much deeper. It seems trivial, but it’s really deep. When you look at these situations from a level. of spiritual learning and spiritual lessons. So everything that’s happening for you and coming up for you this month, you really want to ask yourself, what is this teaching me about how I treat myself or mistreat myself, how I’m disowning my power, how I’m over accommodating other people. Pay attention. There’s a very, very deep lesson for you. And one of my passions and really a big part of my soul purpose is not just teaching astrology and numerology.
